The rooms here are spacious, clean, and include amenities like soap in the bathrooms; the breakfast in the lobby is delicious and delightful.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was huge and brand-new. Unbeatable location - a short walk to everywhere we needed.

The property was well-kept with sweet and amazing staff upon check-out, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Location: the hotel was close to other restaurants, the water slides and shopping venues. Also, it was 2 miles from Springdale Park.

Definitely a place worth revisiting! I can't stress enough how great it was 😊 Would totally recommend it without hesitation.

Friendly staff at check in

Breakfast says its served to 10am. We got there at 9:30am and all the hot food including pancakes were gone. There was a rude unfriendly lady wearing a pink shirt brown hair pony tail who looked like she just woke up was rudely checking on the empty warm food.Not apologizing for just barging her way in line to lift and lower the lids. Never apologizing for the no food or that there were making more. I did ask if she was bringing more hot food. And thankfully she bring eggs, bacon, and fixed the pancake maker and french toast. There was another lady there who atleast was very nice she was in a white chef looking uniform and she,was wearing a hat covering her hair. So breakfast didn't start out great but then we decided we would enjoy the pool and hot tub before checking out on Sunday. Well the pool was ice cold. Impossible to even get used . So we went into the hot tub which was also cold :( A lady who was going to come in we told her its cold and she was disappointed as well because she said she couldn't even go in the hot tub Saturday that it was packed with kids and the pool was cold. She went to the front and was told they will turn it up. This was now 11:15. So we couldn't stay and wait due to checkout. We saw that same lady again and she said a guy came and put chemicals in and said come back in 30 minutes but this was at noon as we were leaving. Very disappointed on Sunday. Saturday wasn't bad. At least the hot tub was warm pool was freezing though. Extremely loud in the pool area and there was a huge group of adults hanging out in there drinking. Not really kid friendly. Kids are jumping in and out of hot tub. The floors in pool are are extremely slippery. Should have a life guard at least someone could help control all the nonsense that goes on in pool area. We only stayed in pool area about an hour due to all the craziness. That was our sole purpose of staying there was the pool.And we barely got to even enjoy.

I have the same compliant with numerous hotels. The work desk is always situated right next to the HVAC unit. So, I'm either freezing or baking as the air from the unit blows across my body.

The room had central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven, and the shopping spots nearby were fantastic for us.
